- Respond to communications promptly

- Clearly communicate preferences, operating lanes, and load requirements

Failure to cooperate or provide necessary information may result in service suspension or termination without refund.

4. Payments & Billing

- All fees (dispatching services, software access, monthly retainers) must be paid as agreed.

- Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

- No Refunds / No Chargebacks: All payments are final. Disputes are not permitted except for verified errors.

- Recurring payments continue until canceled in writing, according to the cancellation policy.

5. Cancellation Policy
